  Ingredient 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 eggs ½ cup milk ½ cup water ¼ teaspoon salt   Step-by-Step Instructions  Make the Batter  In a bowl, whisk together  eggs, milk, flour, salt, melted butter, and sugar  until smooth.    For extra smoothness, blend the batter in a blender!  Let the batter rest for  10-15 minutes  (optional, but makes them softer).   Cook the Crepes  Heat a  non-stick pan  over  medium heat . Lightly grease with butter.   Pour  ¼ cup of batter  into the pan and swirl it around to create a thin layer.   Cook for  1-2 minutes  until the edges lift slightly, then flip.
